What is the best Facebook page manager for customer service?

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a program that is able to manage a large Facebook page. The requirements are:

– Minimum of two people responding to comments on Facebook and wall posts through the application
– Facebook page has nearly 500000 users
– Team collaboration and post assignment
– Team reporting – how many posts where made by who
– Facebook reporting – likes, engagement, comments growth etc
– The ability to assign team members to respond to particular wall posts or individual comments
– Notifications and procedures to ensure all comments are responded to / actioned (whether ignored, marked as flag, responded too etc)
– There are hundreds of wall posts by Facebook users, and comments made on a daily basis – these needs to be monitored and actioned
– Comments and wall posts appear instantly
– The ability to automatically detect tone of comment (positive, complaint, neutral etc)

So far, I have tried:
SproutSocial – a bit of a delay to receive notifications, unable to assign a comment to another team member
Hootsuite – good, but notification system is lacking, especially with status comments
AgoraPulse – One of the best so far.
Radian 6 – looks good, looks expensive, yet to trial

I am looking for other great similar systems that can achieve the above. If you have any suggestions, please put them forward.

    Try this out :)

    IFTTT (IF This Then That) allows you to construct recipes with detects registered events, and triggers appropriate responses.
