Hi guys, im an organization geek and trying to automate some tasks, somebody to the rescue?? :)
These are the details of the issue:
1. im a happy owner of a motorola mini defy
2. i use the camera to take photos of tasks and important documents that i have to remember or work with
3. Android camera and organize options are too poor.

-Needs (an all in one app if possible)
1. app to take a photo, and let me tag it and put on a especific folder
2. Automatic backup of files and folders,- to dropbox or similar where they will not be showed to the rest of the world or “private” option (No Fb, G+, Flirk, etc)

If you can help me…thank you, really,… its a difficult one.

Try "Let's Tag It" to tag your pictures.

Hi, after try some methods, i have to admit theres no one that fixes the problem. SugarSync is syncing my folders, but i hope they could be not mixed inside one folder once the arrive into the pc.
I will try springpad (already had it) and wait for a better solution

Have you tried Evernote? I have used for photos before, but not sure if it would be suitable for your needs.
You can sync to a laptop/pc as well phone, folder options are there as well.
    Hope this helps

Hi there, thank you for your suggestions, i discovered good apps, but im sorry to say that they are not fixing the problem: the main issue is to label/tag photos so i can search them by the tag and put them in specific folders, because i use them for complete tasks -example: there is a folder called "resources" where i store bus and train times , shop opening times and some useful info. There is another called "tasks" where i store photos of info i need to search later, flat renting advertising -where looking for one to rent- etc.
I need to label seach inside theis folders or in all of them and back up them so if the mobile suffers an heart attack i can still use the information.
    Any ideas? Thanks

Many cloud service apps, such as MegaCloud will automatically sync with your device. You're usually better off to use multiple apps for this type of thing, rather than one that does it all. That seems counter-intuitive, but unlike a full-sized computer, you don't generally get full-featured suites of applications that do multiple things well. So, find a good camera app and then a good camera sync app, as well, rather than trying to find one that does both. Even if you do find one, It will usually do one or both, but not as well as other apps in their respective categories, that focus only on one specific task.

    Android Photo Backup -

This app seems to be professional in its functionality what you would like to be in an app.

Although,it's not a photo taking app,it does have a good backup facility.

It has image previews and allows to ask before storing into a folder. The folder can be added to the list of backup folders in Dropbox,Google drive apps so that they do get automatically backed up to the cloud.
