How to watch flash on iPad 2?

Is there really any way to watch flash videos on iPad 2? Would jailbreak help?

    iswifter is a paid app so, its useless in away.. :p

    I am very impressed with iswifter for playing facebook and g+ games, it claims to do flash videos but I have yet to try it.
