Hello, yes you can. Are you using a laptop with incorporated camera? Or a separate camera? Usually when you get a camera by itself, it comes with basic software to capture/edit, etc, your videos. If you are using a laptop with incorporated camera, all you have to do, is find and open camera software and it will have some options for you to use. Your system has basic tools incorporated already. Now, if you want to do more professional looking videos, you could try third party software that can provide you with more options.
