How can I get video Skype to work with my Motorola Xoom?

How does the camera work, so I can see other person on Skype?

    "Unfortunately, if you cannot see the video calling settings,
    it means your Android phone does not meet the minimum requirements needed to
    make Skype video calls. Fring and Google Talk can figure out how to make it work, but Skype Not yet!
