I have already rooted my phone. I want to upgrade my Samsing Galaxy Y Duos GT-S6102 to Jelly Bean.
I do not recommend it as it is not from XDA-Developers or other reputable developer ROM site, but here is one way of doing it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pQGC7HxFYdw. Again, I do not recommend it as it is highly at your own risk. I do not know if there would be a better Jelly Bean ROM from XDA or the like, but search http://www.xda-developers.com since they add new ROMs and devices all the time. I would rather get a ROM from a reputable site before trying anything from YouTube or other lesser known sites, even if it is older, because at least it would most likely be compatible with the phone.
At the moment, that's not possible. There is no official upgrade to Jelly Bean for samsung galaxy y duos.
There is no official update or a good unofficial jelly bean build like cyanogenmod or aokp for the samsung galaxy y duos. but there are however some roms than you can try like ginegerice jelly. you can try these by installing rom manager which will help you to install any supported custom rom into your system. but be careful and be safe.
thank you.. but where do i get those ROMs ? to install these ROMs, whether we have to root the device..?
