I wanted to know if there is a method thorough which I can uninstall .NET Framework. Currently installed on my PC are all the version of it right from the first to the latest 4th version. It’s occupying too much space and i want to get rid of it! Please Help!
Method # 3 here describes the "Use the .NET Framework cleanup tool"

Hope that works for you!
Osbome,
did you try to uninstall .NET Framework via the > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs?
As an alternative method, Microsoft recommends the .NET Framework Cleanup Tool for versions 1.0 through 3.5. You can get information about it and download it here: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/astebner/archive/2006/05/30/611355.aspx
Microsoft resource: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923100/
Please let us know whether or not either method worked for you. Thank you.
