Can you suggest online resources to overcome mental problems?

Please suggest some useful websites to overcome anxiety, depression and stress. They should focus on stress relief and cognitive behavioral theory. Thank you.

    Can you suggest online resources to overcome mental problems? Depending on the type of mental issue occurring, repetition has been known to aid in the efforts of strengthening memory function. I know of many people who use even simple flashcards to do this. I know has tons of flashcards to study, practice, use, etc. check it out and let me know! I hope this helps!

    Excellent advice from Mark and Tina...also, to help you find those professionals, check into government/local organizations that have lots of resources (and sometimes even people you can call for referrals). In the U.S., NIMH is a good start. There are tons of state agencies set up to help people - and you can learn about those from NIMH.

    On stress relief, Mark's advice is ideal - exercise really works magic.

    As Tina says, it's better you seek professional help from actual medical professionals. Self-diagnosing from the Internet is the worst thing you can do. I know this from personal experience as I have various mental issues myself. You look up something online and it gives you the doomsday scenario which makes you feel worse. Or there are people who think they are medical professionals who totally give out the wrong information and advice.I strongly urge you to avoid the Internet for this situation and go find a real doctor.

    if you are suffering from these mental problems, I urge you and anyone in a similar situation to seek professional help! It is much easier to overcome mental health issues when you have someone to talk to. They might help you uncover underlying causes that you were not aware of.
