Which sticky notes app for Android has the best compatibility with a Windows 7 equivalent?

How to get official “Sticky Notes” for Android versions 4.0.4 and above? In the Google Play Store there are many ‘sticky notes’ apps. Which of them is from Microsoft and thus most authorized to be compatible with it’s analogous app in windows 7?

Microsoft doesn't have any sticky note taking app in Play Store. You can view the list of Microsoft apps in Play Store.

Microsoft don't make anything like this, but Google Keep might be suitable.

Not sure if you are only looking for free stuff. But Notezilla (product I developed) is a sticky notes program that can sync notes over cloud. You can access them from Android phone via a web-app Notezilla.Net. In a month or 2 we will be also launching an native Android app for it - http://www.conceptworld.com/Notezilla?
