I know that there is a way to map emails into certain created mailboxes. How can I map an email from a client go directly to a mailbox called Important?

Generally you create rules that move incoming mail to a specific folder based
eg on the from address
1) In Outlook 2003 & 2007: From the Tools menu, select Rules and Alerts...
2) If you have more than one email account, in the "Apply changes to this folder" drop-down menu, click the Inbox you want.
3) Click New Rule.
4)In Outlook 2003:
---From a blank rule, click Start, and then clickNext.---Under "Select when messages should be checked", select Check messages when they arrive or Check messages after sending. Click Next
5) Follow the rest of the instructions in the Rules Wizard.
6) If you want to run this rule on messages already in one of your folders, check Run this rule now on messages already in folder on the last page of the Rules Wizard, wherefolder is the name of the target folder.
7)To have this rule apply to all your email accounts and inboxes, check Create this rule on all accounts on the last page of the Rules Wizard.
Hello, best way would be to create a personal filter, to redirect incoming mail from your client's email, to the important folder. Look under the option/settings under outlook and find the Filters option. Add a new filter where the FROM HEADER contains your client's address and then choose the Important mailbox as the folder to receive those emails. Once that is done, click on the add filter option and next time you receive emails coming from that address they'll be redirected to your Important mailbox
