Is there any software like SaveMeeting, or NoteREc that works on a Windows 7 platform?

Both SaveMeeting (// and NoteRec (// have previously been featured on MakeUseOf. Both applications are for Android.

But, is there anything that works similarly that runs under Windows 7, something that can take an audio recording and transcribe it?

Have you tried Windows Speech Recognition which is built into Windows 7?  This has been a great asset for many of my disable customers, as it is free with Windows 7, is built-in, and works not only for dictation but also in controlling your computer.

Also, it works with almost all programs that accept text entry.  The fall back to this is it is more for transcribing one person's words rather than multiple, such as SaveMeeting and NoteRec does.

I believe that also Dragon Naturally Speaking can do more of what SaveMeeting can by converting an audio file to text, however, again, it is more geared towards a one person point of view, and does not work well if there is a lot of background sounds, such as fans, a/c's etc running.

You can create a video from facebook timeline if you have more than 75 photos.

You can manually upload photos from other services on facebook or search some import options like this :

Hello Mango, Go To Meeting has a 30 day free trial and Meeting Room Manager is a free trial. I hope one of these will help, also Minutes of Meeting Recorder by Xemicomputers may be of service. Have a great evening.

Do you know if any of these programs offer transcription (ie, audio to text) ability? I guess was none too clear with my initial question, but it is specifically this part of the software that I'm interested in, and have otherwise no need for general meeting software. I'm really just after something that can take an audio recording and transcribe it.. thanks for your suggestions though!
