Can I send a shortcut to a specific folder other than the desktop using the SendTo context menu?

Is there a possibility to send a shortcut to a specified folder using the SendTo option. Like the send to desktop, but in my case send to TODO.

Hello, I am glad the suggestion got you closer to what you need.  You could go all the way by doing the above mentioned steps and then move automatically to wherever folder you want by setting a task or using the following free software:

Hello, the solution for that is very easy.  Create the TODO folder in the sendto folder.  Then do the following:

-- press the ctrl + shift keys and keep them pressed
    -- right click on folder
    -- click on sendto
    -- select the TODO folder
    -- check the TODO folder
    -- prepare to be surprised

Let me explain what I need. Is it possible that you create a Sendto entry that sends a shortcut of a file to a folder of my choice. Much like the send to desktop(create shortcut).

Don't know something exact. but you can try this:
press Alt key, keep it pressed , now pick up the file and move it and release it,
like drag and drop the file in the same folder while Alt key is pressed.
this will create a shortcut of the file in the same folder.
you can right click on the shortcut and send it to the new entry via send to menu.
      is this option alright ?

    goto start menu
    type: sendto
    hit enter
copy the shortcut of the folder of your choice
and now you have the option to send it to the new added folder.
