Why can’t I run Adobe Flash Player on my PC?

I have a Windows 7 PC, but I can’t seem to run Adobe Flash, is there a way to fix this?

    Hello, the best way is to do the following:

    -- open Internet Explorer
    -- browse to adobe flash download site
    -- once there, it should automatically recognize what operating you are running
    -- download the .exe file
    -- choose the save option
    -- Once file is finished downloading, close Internet Explorer
    -- navigate to downloaded file and execute it.
    -- once it tells you that it is complete open Internet Explorer
    -- the flash icon should appear on the screen and it will tell you that it is installed.

    The reason it is better to do it this way, is because if you click on the run option, it will tell you that there are programs that need to be closed for the installation to proceed.  One of those applications is Internet Explorer. 

    If you use a different browser like Firefox, open that browser and go to the plugins page.  If you do not see the flash plug in installed you can follow the instructions on the link below.  Instructions are similar for both.  Difference is for Internet Explorer is an Active X script and for firefox is a plugin:
