I was given a Motorola cell phone by my son. How do I remove his old security codes and info without his help?

Hi Rodger. What you need to do is do a master reset. The one issue is that it could also delete the ISP settings and all of the phone company's information, which you would have to replace by hand. If you decide you want to do it anyway, search for a master reset code for the model of your phone. If all you want to do is delete the info instead, you can do that if you can get into the phone ( if you have the security code), just go to the settings, remove the security, or change it to your own, and delete his info by hand.
