Now I may have another issue, when I sync my iphone does it automatically back up or do I have to manually do it? I have synced before but I think that's when my notes got lost last time. Thanks for your help Anwaar.
I have made a mistake by deleting all my previous notes. I want a solution to recover them.
You can use the trialware program ( Wondershare Data Recovery for iTunes) to recover your notes that you have already deleted -
