When you mark your PDFs in Qoppa Software's qPDF Notes, you'll create real PDF markup which can be read in other viewers.  And, you can email, or save to a variety of locations, directly from you device!  We offer free qPDF Viewer app that runs on all Android devices.  The free qPDF Notes demo will add a watermark, unless you buy the license for under $10.
