Can you recommend an image to ‘text image’ tool that supports batch conversion?

I found this Directory entry (Textify) on MakeUseOf, while searching for an image to text image converter with batch conversion.

I’m looking for a similar software with which I can convert a series of images into text images, like on this page. The link also has a Windows app download from the about/mobile page. I’m looking for a similar tool, but with batch conversion.
