I'm a fan of JDownloader. It integrates with Flashgot, can capture links of a certain file extension, and best of all, works for file sharing services like rapidshare, megaupload, mediafire, zhshare, etc. as a batch downloader.

It can also download from youtube vid (and certain other video sites) and even convert them into audio.

I use it near every day.

Flashget is the best download manager for windows. It integrates easily with all major browsers. It used connections and bandwidth effectively, as it downloads the entire file in different packets.
