Is there any software for Samsung Galaxy series phone to read regional languages like Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic?

Aasif, if your question is with respect to browsing on your phone, then you can opt to render complex fonts on the server instead of in your phone. That way, even if you do not have the necessary fonts in your phone, you can read them as images. I know that Opera does this. Just go to opera:config or about:config from your Opera Mini/Mobile browser and change the default option of rendering fonts on your phone with rendering them on the server.
