How to put the subtitles in the lower letterbox bar in KMPlayer?

It was possible in previous versions by choosing either ‘draw to overlay surface’ or ‘draw to VMR surface’ in subtitles option of kmplayer , but now it doesn’t matter if I choose anyone of these, subtitles stay on the video image above the lower letterbox bar.

    i would suggest you use VLC player as it is very flexible for any user, i believe you can even change the font, so you should have no problem setting it to any region of the video.

      I like KMPlayer more than VLC player. Well that's not the answer to my question either.

    Make sure subtitle file is in SRT or other suitable format. I can do in Media Classic player.

      these files are always in srt format but my question is something else
