I have downloaded a video surveillance app (Meye) on S40 OS Nokia model – X3-02. Before using it, it asks to register phone through a numerical URL on WAP browser, however, the numerical URL fails to open. It did not open even in PC browser.

Maybe it refers to registering the phone with your own surveillance system. In which the IP address is actually "yours" and you do not have ports opened on your router. Google "MY IP" and see if the number that comes up is the same as the one it's suggesting to you. If so, then that likely answers the problem. Otherwise, I have no idea.

The question is about the registration url of the app itself
A bit of a long-shot but... the IP address associated with their current website is 50.22.135.243, you could try that with the associated bits (another posting refers to http://50.22.135.243/en/web ?) - but on reflection http://www.meyetech.com/en/web would work too in that case.
There is no reverse DNS set up for 211.25.196.54 but it is held by TIME Telecommunications in Malaysia. Don't know where meyetech is based but the poor spelling and grammar on the website would be consistent with Malaysia.
(BTW - I avoid doing business with people who don't publish their geographic address on their web-site, in UK it's a legal requirement for legitimate businesses and in my opinion any legit business should do that wherever they are)

Twice I had contacted meye customer support email but there was no reply , So I posted the question here
The urls which you have replied with either give error or ( one of them ) shows few words of another language
Can you locate download link for firefox or any mobile browser which supports streaming of H.264 video? if regn of this app is not available or found
The problem is that maybe the IP Address of the site is wrong. Try contacting the website and check its FAQ section. Maybe you can register online through your desktop.

What is the address it is sending you to?
It is not the ip address for video surveillance , but url ( like http://212.34...... ) for registering the app
Well, as far as I can tell, the address i found online ( http://211.25.196.54/en/web/ ) is not a working website.
I would contact mEye tech and ask them (http://www.meyetech.com), they should be able set straight. But I can't find much more for ya, sorry.

Well, I have searched and searched to find detail of the registration process for the app, but really can not found out specifics. I am not sure if they have changed the URL used for registration, or exactly what happened.
I will keep looking.

If finding specifics to register app is tedious then you may find alternative solutions like the firefox browser app for the same phone model ( as a user has reported that it works ) or you may find another video surveillance app with same criteria ( H.264 video support , for DVR video relay , for java or s40 OS )
have you tried on another pc? perhpas to emal MEYE?
