How do I open attachments in my Gmail?

When I receive email with attachments I would like to know how to open them in Gmail. Thanks.

    When there is an attachment then there is two link below "View" and "Download".

    If you don't want to download the file or you did not have respective software for attached files then you can click view to see the document without downloading it.

    View option is available only on certain docs type like- .docx, xlsx, pdf, jpg, xpdf etc

      How come after a view the file suddenly as one email gets stacked on top of the other it makes it so hard to find attached files. I am going crazy with this.

    attachments in mail are always just below the subject text box..
    just click on the link of the attachments and u are prompted to view or download the attached files..
