Thank you. I viewed the first link with calculator sub-link in it. Please tell , can it provide broad estimate based on brand name only? with all other parameters vacant? thereafter be narrowed with pcb unit number within brand?

It depends on the way you look at it:
As a replacement part the circuit board is considered the mainboard/logic board and comes with all the chips, connectors, controllers, CPU, etc. Therefor the cost is rather high, ranging usually from $100 to $400 depending on what parts and modules are actually on it (some tablets have multiple circuit boards).
As a manufacturing part a PCB (without components) is anywhere from $15 to $200 depending on the size, number of layers, quantity, etc.
