Why is msvcr100.dll crashing Internet Explorer?

How do I fix everything that’s wrong with Windows, such as interpreting events and logs, finding reports, tracing?

So I’m trying to help plasticbrain (and myself!) regarding event 1000… The saga continues:

I’ve just read Mr. Basu’s quite unequivocally titled, “How To Solve Any Windows Problem with Event ID How To Solve Any Windows Problem with Event ID For every Windows crash there's a way to lick the problem without dialling assistance. Read More “, alas there’s ZERO info on what to do with:

Report Id: 56c10619-c30b-11e3-96a3-82808c2b152a

…and the comments, of course, are closed, because the article was written more than 180 days ago and therefore couldn’t POSSIBLY still have any relevance.

I was about to ask where this “report: resides, then realized it’s just ANOTHER example of how Micro$oft blows.

It’s not a report, is it?

There’s no instances in the registry of this, so how can I deduce why msvcr100.dll is crashing explorer.exe on this build? recent changes include:

uninstallation/reinstallation of ms c++ redistributables (2005 required to resolve side-by-side issue caused by Ntune, required to resolve Nvidia’s overclocked default GPU settings resulting in extended display FREEZING the OS).

i think you will need debugging, sometime Windows Event Viewer is easy and sometime not easy.
If it is crashing internet explorer, can be some addons? Open View and Manage your Internet Explorer addons. Start disabling addons one by one
