The N5010 should be able to run Solaris with no issues at all!

    Here are the requirements:

    1. Solaris requires at least 256 MB of memory for a normal installation. However, for PXE booting, 512 MB is the recommended amount.
    2. Minimum of 2 GB space is recommended on your hard drive .

    Disk space

2 GB minimum for the smallest set of packages
6 GB for the most popular Solaris packages

Note: Required disk space will vary based on Operating System packages selected, desktop or server use, desired swap and temporary space, localizations/translations, online documentation and applications installed.

    1.5 GB

Note: Memory requirements will vary depending on the application software being used, system configurations and the number of clients/users. Refer to the release notes for details of minimum and recommended memory for different configurations.
