How can I list my home town on Facebook?

I want my home town to show up on my Facebook page, but when I look for it, the site does not list it. How can I get around this problem and make my home town appear?

    Thanks for your answer. I filled the form to add a howmnown, how long do you think it takes to be approved,or get an answer ?
