How can I get my iPhone out of DFU mode?

jason December 30, 2011

Hello ,
I was trying to upgrade the firmware of my iphone 3GS to ios 5.0.1.
I used a custom firmware prepared with redsnow. I used shift+restore and selected the custom firmware. itunes completed the restore process and said the device will be restarted but it didn’t. It is still in the DFU mode and stuck in it.
If someone has an idea about the solution please share it.

Maybe tinyUmbrella can help, use it with your responsibility

    1. Hold down the Sleep button and Home button at the same time.
    2. After a few seconds the Apple logo appears and the iPhone will boot.
