Why is there an Internal Server Error when opening MakeUseOf in Opera Mini?

Why does Opera Mini show up Internal Server Error with Oops logo and some text when loading MakeUseOf?

Easiest fix is to stop loading after page has fully loaded, but MakeUseOf has too much good stuff to keep up with loading. Maybe it’s because MakeUseOf doesn’t have a mobile site?

BTW, MakeUseOf works fine on computer and I have tweaked Internal Server Error time on opera:config to max.

I use Opera Mini latest version (6.5 I guess) on Nokia E65 and open MakeUseOf links from Twitter.

m.makeuseof.com no longer functions as a mobile site.

Probably because opera mini attempts to load a full version of the page rather than correctly identifying itself as a mobile client and accessing the mobile page, and somerthing there doesn't like your phone. I'll have a go when i get time and see what I can do, but catering for obscure mobile browsers is not high on my list I'm afraid.

Try clearing the cache, or another browser.

Clean? It works well if I stop loading right after page has loaded, so I don't know what do you mean...

Wish MUO had a mobile page...

have you tried another browser, to see if that repeats and not only Opera problem?
