Already have installed XP Professional, which turned out to be compromised. I now want to install genuine Windows 7. How can I do that? It means I have to reinstall the operating system?

    Alexandar,

you cannot upgrade from Windos XP to Windows 7. This means: yes, you have to do a clean installation. Be sure to backup all your data in Windows XP.
