Does the MakeUseOf comment section have the feature of inserting hyperlinks? If yes, then how can I insert them?

Maybe you will just copy the URL and insert it to the commenting platform. You can also format is so that only the name of the website only appears and not all the link address.

I am using disqus comment system for giving comments on blogs and article. I found that 90% time disqus will approve the comment with hyper link. Only 10% blogs or article will ask you for approval of your comment on blog.

Susendeep,
right now, all MakeUseOf comments are powered by Disqus. So what you can or can not do in this section is defined by them.
You can simply paste a URL into the comment section and it will automatically turn into a hyperlink. You can also use html to hyperlink a text, i.e. create hypertext. If you want to learn how to do that, check out one of my recent articles: Top 11 HTML Tags Every Blogger & Website Owner Must Know
