    BitLocker Drive encryption in Windows 7 Ultimate, if not the BIOS may be able to help you, press F10 at Boot Up

    you can use bitlocker if you have windows ultimate.

    in fact, hide the partition is more effective. :), no one else can see it, then no one ask you for the pass word or something like that,

    you can hide partition with minitool partition wizard, free. :).

    Restart WIndows 7. in Dos programe click F12 or F8, Inside biot find here and set it

    Bitlocker is the best and safe choice for hard disk password (it takes much time to store large data with password or you can use true crypt for encrypting the harddisk data and provide password to it.
