How can I enable eBay payments via PayPal as a seller?

How can a seller enable accepting PayPal payments in eBay after PayPal is linked to the account? I’ve not noticed the option for this, but other sellers in the same country have PayPal enabled.

      The linking is done.
Then the process to set paypal as payment option for buyer is the question

      It is clearer!

You mean receiving payment on seller's paypal email id?

Appending a subquestion to what you said :: "mention you accept paypal"
Is there a section for users in India to put paypal officially and then it would automatically display on item selling page? or to custom mention in item description?

If I recollect correctly , I noticed official display logo of 'paypal' accepted even in seller of India

well it should be mentioned here if you can do that
      as opposed to here

if you add your item in,;uk...then perhaps paypal will be displayed also in your if you have an account in UK or USA then you can receive the money there????

no if you mention that you accept paypal then after purchase you can create/send an invoice to the buyers so that they pay you through paypal, before going through this process check with paypal regarding taxes, how much you can receive from outside per year.......
