How do you solve your small design tweaks, such as photo retouching and logo alteration?

Whenever you have a small design fix (like a small photo retouching, or a logo alterations, or some tweaks on your website, or transforming a .JPG into a .SVG, etc…), how do you handle this?

Do you do it yourself? Ask a friend? Ask a designer? Other? Explain your choice and why not the other options?

Hmmm... first do you know some software's for photo editing ? like Adobe Photoshop ?
If so, small design fix is easy..
    For my own opinion..
I would do it myself (since I'm a graphic Designer - Adobe Photoshop 7.0,CS3,CS4,CS5,CS6) but it would be nice to ask a friend for a help or assistance.
Ask a Designer ? if you don't know anything about graphics then my answer is "YES".
But i you do know about editing.. there are tons of online photo|logo editing sites on the internet.
I could give you some if you want...
