I was looking up an Australian artist on Google with my iPhone 4 and the link directed me to a different country in the iTunes store, the Australian store. I can’t buy anything or update anything from iTunes or app store. Please help!
I had also faced the same issue. You can try the following:
i, Go to Settings->iTunes & App Stores
ii. Click on 'Apple ID'
iii. Click on 'View Apple ID' and enter your password when prompted
iv. Exit Settings
This should resolve the issue.
