How do I stop my connection from switching to a limited connection?

Zehra B November 17, 2013

I’m on Windows 7 Home Edition and use Broadcom 802.11n network adapter.  I connect to the Internet but suddenly or when I change my laptop’s location, it becomes limited.  I removed the driver and installed it back.  Also i recovered my laptop but it didn’t work.  I have to restart my PC to fix it  Please help.

Ive had the same problem with this, but i just run the wifi troubleshooter a bunch to times until it suddenly fixes it self without needing to troubleshoot it

if it is hardware problem then software will not fix it.

I dont think so, because other devices are connected to the internet, only my laptop has this problem.

perhaps because of power options, check that first.
