How do I set up my Gmail account on a new Google Nexus 7 tablet?

Hi, very new to this!

I just purchased a Google Nexus 7. How do I get my tablet to receive my Gmail account, so I can get going?

Thanks, Anne

If you have a look at 38th page of Nexus 7 Guidebook ,then you can do this by -

tapping on Gmail icon and then tap on the menu to add accounts.

It'll then ask you email id and password.

Proceed by tapping next and then you account would sync and all your mails would land into your device.

Well done on an excellent choice of tablet. You're probably set up now but the post above are spot on if you haven't yet..

Please, write with correct grammar. "u" and "ur" are not acceptable in any form of communication.

well if you boot first time then the wizard should walk with you such as using location, setting gmail (you must have already a gmail account that you log from internet browser).
