Is there any possibility to get images (or image sequence) from .MOV files? If so, is there any freeware software for it? I already tried 2-3 programs, but they were trial versions…
Thank you for any help!
As I know a video converter can help you do that.
you can use km player or potplayer in converting videos to png or jpeg.. CTRL + G so that u can convert it using that player.
Use K-Lite. I like it so much, and can get good screenshots.
u can d with imTOO converter too..
I would suggest Total Video Converter..
Select convert to .jpg and import the video file. Select the start and end time you want, and click convert, and you will get all the images frame by frame!
I think this one is the best solution. Since this is can get mutiple frame.
try this its an converter but it can take images too
Then again, most video players nowadays can take snapshot of the media it currently plays. Check your player to see if it has the function built in.
you can use vlc for this purpose
1.Pause the video
2.Right click on the video-screen
3.go to "video" and then click "take snapshot".
those snapshots will be save in My documents>My pictures
you can take screenshot with SceneGrabber.NET, you can take single or multiple screenshots.
never tried on .Mov
VLC also take Screenshots
SceneGrabber.NET is the solution! Thanks!! :)
glad that you liked it and hope will serve you.
After install check the Capture Engine option where you have Internal, FFmpeg and Mplayer. I suggest to instal FFmpeg and point SceneGrabber.NET to FFmpeg directory to take screenshots.
Did you tried VLC?
There are many software that can do that thing. But for personal use, and i prefer to make screenshot only,.. ;D
