I recently changed my Apple ID email, but when I try to download apps my old email pops up and I can’t download or update anything. I need help changing my Apple ID to my recent email.

delete your old ID in Settings/iCloud
Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID, tap Sign Out, then sign back in with your Apple ID and password.
Once logged in with your current address and password, you’ll be able to change the name, password, email...
