How can I tell if the “bosspy” spyware is on my iPhone 4?

Themole Spyware January 13, 2013

I’m afraid my lover is spying on me and can see all my chats using spyware I’ve heard of called “bosspy,” how can I check for it?

@Jan Fritsch: This spy software (Bosspy) is hide in:

    - The springboard of the mobile device
    - Cydia (Sources and Packages)
    - SBsettings and iFile
    - Search of the mobile device
    - Settings in the Location Services)

So at the end, it will be difficult to find it...
It's easy to find a traditional spy application but that one is really difficult or impossible...

So the best way is to restore your phone...

Unless your device is Jailbroken you don't have to be afraid of it.

If you did Jailbreak your device just look into Cydia if it's listed under installed apps as "bosspy" or "1mole". Also look through your Cydia sources for "".

If neither is present it's probably not installed. If you want to be sure restore your iPhone to a vanilla iOS and don't jailbreak it.
