You would download the software to the computer, install it, then connect the tablet to the computer via USB cable. Open KIES, then you can backup your tablet, edit and view contacts, sync pictures, videos, and music, etc. There is also Kies Air: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.samsung.swift.app.kiesair&hl=en, which allows you to browse the contents of your tablet through an internet browser on your computer via Wi-Fi.
Download and install Kies.It's very simple way to sync your tablet to laptop.
