Iterasi is a browser-based bookmarking tool that can be used to capture a webpage in the state in which you see it and save it for later. It allows you to take snapshots of a web page at regular intervals.
It should be pointed out that the program only takes one screenshot at a time, so you'd need to schedule a task to run this periodically, or (for frequent screenshots anyway) wrap it up in a batch file with a loop and a timed "wait" to get it to repeatedly take screenshots.
Depending on what you need, you may be able to do this with Wget.
See this article from lifehacker - they explain it pretty well.

Exist a plugin to do that in firefox and chrome.
