Hello!
I was wondering how I can disable all notifications on my Samsung Galaxy S III. I want there to be times that I just don’t get notifications in the notification bar up top.
If someone could please show me how to do this that would be great.
Thanks so much!

How do I know if I have updated to jellybean or not?
Go to Settings, About Device (or About Phone), and check the Android version. It should be 4.1.x for Jelly Bean, with the latest being 4.1.2 for carrier updates.
Have you tried using Blocking Mode built into Jelly Bean? It allows for disabling notifications and phone calls with whitelists and you can set the times for disabling the notifications. http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_galaxy_s_iii_jelly_bean-review-823p4.php, near the bottom of the page. You should see it in the system settings. If this is not what you were wanting, you can try Tasker, though it is not free, but many swear by this app. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.dinglisch.android.taskerm&hl=en
Thanks!
