It's already there. What you can't do is dowload from the market unless you use a valid email and password. xxxxx@googlemail.com or xxxxx@gmail.com
Either get a gmail account or stop trying to use use fraudulant details and probably the cloned credit card you have to buy stuff........

Espier Launcher is one of the easiest ways to get an iOS feel on android, similar to GO Launcher. I have seen ways to install iOS on android on rooted devices. Hope this helps.
iOS is closed source. Means unless you manage to steal the iOS source code you cannot install iOS on an android device. Even if you'd have the iOS source code, it would take a very long time to develop the required changes for your device.

why on earth would anyone want to downgrade a device like that?!?
No, it is not possible to the best of my knowledge. Apple is very conservative when it comes to their products. They make their OS specifically for the hardware they create. Even if you are somehow able to get some version of their OS running on your chip, it'll be very hard to get all the components to run properly. You are better of buying an iPad. Or better still, buy a good Android tablet. It is just as good as iOS (Personal Opinion).

No,it cannot be done.iOS is a closed source OS and since no code is available,it's not possible to post it to any other ARM devices like your Android tablet even though both run on same company's processors.

its not due to different processors but due to iOS being locked to specific hardwares by apple.

i agree they lock their software to specific hardware. Thats the reason you cant port them to different devices. Or you can try MIUI rom its just like iOS.

I don't think it can be done. Apple has always developed their system to work with specific hardwares. Even when creating hackintosh PCs, specific hardwares are required that can work with the OSX. so i don't think it can be ported. May be someone will be able to do this eventually as ubuntu has been ported into Nexus 7. But Ubuntu to a open source whereas iOS is proprietary.
