How can I fix a chipped micro SD card?

Hello I’m new here and I have a question. My micro SD card is chipped a little and now it has stopped working. What do I do?

Where is the crack? Is it causing it to not connect correctly?

Try switching it to another reader.
Try using something to make sure it is contacting fully.

Is the actual memory chip inside chipped? If so, you might not get your data back. Contact the company that made it and see if they have a data recovery program. It might only cost postage.

Depends where you chipped it - if it was just the casing, then you might be able to recover the data yet. If you chipped the actual memory mcirochip inside, you're SOL.

Physically chipped? I'd suggest you replace it. The value of the card is much less than the data (or the work you'd put in to make the data) would have.

what do you mean stopped working?, is it recognized by windows?

if you do not have important files try to format if windows recognize.
