Try ccleaner it just does not clear browser cookies but also clean up junk files created by it.

    download link-

AND , if you do not want any site to leave cookies in your pc in future then browse it in incognito window.

Click on the button with three lines on the top right hand corner. Then click Settings -> click show advanced settings at the bottom of the page. Now under Privacy click content settings and then click on All cookies and site data. You will see a list of locally stored cookies. Select the one and click the cross beside it to delete it. This is for selective cookie deletion, however, if you just want to delete all cookies then under privacy just click clear browsing data, select the time span from when to delete and tick the checkboxes for what you want to delete. To clear history, click the top three lines button and you will see History.
