How can I automatically update spreadsheet cells every two minutes?

pankaj May 24, 2013

I have a spreadsheet. I update Cell B1,B2 and B3 every two minutes automatically based off share prices.

Now I want cell C4 to update the data of the previous cells as well every two minutes.

How can I automate this?

manually you can do it i think if you press F9?

    Excel 2003: Tools-Options-Calculation-Automatic.

    Excel 2007: Office button-Excel options-Formulas-Workbook Calculation-Automatic.

    Excel 2010: File-Options-Formulas-Workbook Calculation-Automatic.

Just turn on autocalculate (if it is off) for the sheet. Any time any value in any cell changes, it will automatically update all other cells on the sheet.
