This works for me,
1.Use format factory.http://format-factory.en.softonic.com/download2.Drag and drop your video to format factory.
3.Choose a format of your choice (you can choose the same of source).
4.Click start.5.and output video will have your subtitles(as you know,you have to place the subtitle file with same name in the same folderEg. titanic.avi and tianic.srt in the same folder)
You can use ImTOO video converter.
It also has other features including embedding subs on a video files.
