Why does Google Chrome not load images properly?

Sahil Dave September 25, 2010

From time to time, my Google Chrome does not load background image of Google, Google suggestions, or Facebook pics. Facebook notifications don’t go away, many applications from different websites do not appear, YouTube videos don’t load, they don’t even buffer, only black box remains, no seek bar etc.

I have to reinstall Chrome to cure this, have done this several times. Have deleted cookies several times, too. What else can I try?

Everything works in IE 8!

I have Google Chrome 7.0.517.8 (Official Build 59474) beta.

I read all these comments, and I see that nothing was take it since then.
I keep my site to run on IE, FF, and Chrome.
I make a little program that preload 80 images, before execute.
    IE7/8/9 and FF works fine.
When I run with Chrome, randomly, about 4 last images are not loaded (not the same, not the big ones...).

Someone knows a way to insist on preload of missing images ?

You have mentioned in your question that it's beta version of google chrome and beta versions are supposed to have bugs to be fixed. They are not stable and are required to be submitted by someone.Try using stable build of chrome 6 .

Did you tried another browser to see if its only chrome issu. Uninstal chrome then adobe flash player and adobe shockwave player. Reboot then clean pc. Then instal chrome followed adobes. Also reinstal java.

Also download a new driver for your graphical card. Possible also your security/firewall soft is doing this, thing to uninstal and reinstal.
