Which keywords or algorithm decide to move incoming mails to the “Promotion” tab in GMail?

I think gmail use algorithm to decide which email goes under which tab. well known companies have a specific mail for promotion. They can also use mail properties (sender...etc.), the user reaction (deleting, replying, Spam...) and other user reactions to the same or other emails.
An offer represents a promotion for some items or services that can be accepted by the customer
