If the information on the page is correct you should be able to get a free WordPress blog at Blogetery together with the option to map your own ".com" domain to it.
The only other options I can think of is URL forwarding:
all users going to your "example.com" will be forwarded to wherever your blog is e.g. "yourname.wordpress.com"
or URL masking:
the domain points to e.g. "yourname.wordpress.com" but visitors will always see "example.com" with the downside being you can't direct links to certain posts

Hello Aung Kyaw,
.com names cost people money, so companies don't give them out for free, unless you purchase hosting with them.
Check out http://Neq3.com which offers you free hosting with a free .com domain.
Features include:
100GB monthly bandwidth
10GB monthly disk spave
Many more
Check it out at http://www.Neq3.com

One alternative I know if is using WordPress with domain mapping which unfortunately costs $12 per year.
